Jaelle Ang heads the development of one of the largest mixed-use development in Bangkok, including the Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Residences and Capella Hotel. Her role includes masterplanning, design conceptualization, fundraising and corporate strategy. She is part of the founding team of the listed company, Country Group Development PCL and is currently the youngest and only female Board of Director. She studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture in London and then completed her MBA in Imperial College, London. Prior to real estate development, she had her first start-up experience at 21 and this is her third start-up. She also spent a few years in Citibank and Credit Suisse specializing in emerging market strategy, mergers and acquisitions in between the start-ups.
